LYNNDERELLA, Mlle Violette de Bleu
When I first started noticing bottles of polish going for over $100 on eBay, I wondered what all the fuss was about, so I started searching and searching to see what everyone in Nail Polish World were all a-flutter about....
I found Leah Ann's shop Llarowe, and followed the instructions to make a wish list of Lynnderella's I would like! All of Them? No I chose about five or six, ones I knew I would definitely like and wear.
Well when I opened the package that arrived last week I was blown away by the sheer glittery goodness and the depth of colour contained in those bottles! And no way are these photos going to do any justice to the colour or brilliance of the glitter.
So after my long rambling background to Lynnderella, I can see what all the fuss is about! This is two coats of Ultra3 Blue Marlin, two coats of Mlle Violette de Bleu followed by three coats of Seche Vite top coat.
So what colours are in Mlle Violette de Bleu? The suspension base is a very sheer blue, almost colourless. Then there are violet and at least two shades of blue hexs, one or two shades of blue squares, and silver, bright pink, bright blue small specks and then a load of glitter dust!
And here is a bottle shot of Ultra3 Blue Marlin which was streaky in one coat but perfect in two.
