At Long Last OPI!
At last an OPI collection that I can get enthusiastic about! New Orleans is the latest OPI collection and it has some of the most drop dead gorgeous colours in it. I picked out three straight away and one of those is a pink! For those that know me I rarely do pink.
And which colour did I use first? Well as you can see its the delicious dusty pink raspberry called Spare Me a French Quarter? The other colours I chose were Show Us Your Tips! a shimmery lilac and Rich Girls & Po-Boys a beautiful china blue.
On to my mani then two coats of OPI Spare Me a French Quarter? One coat would have been adequate but I have done two to be on the safe side. Followed by Seche Vite which I didn't really need but I was on my way out! This mani has held up really well with minimum wear despite a full week of work.

Fairy Nails!
I'm sure I've done fairy nails before, this time I've used a polish that can't seem to make up its mind as to what colour its going to show you! In my photos the gold is showing up more than the bottle colour which appears in bright white light. Either way this polish is just so gorgeously sparkly and has a multitude of colours.
In the shade you can see a touch more of the blue sheer colour that is making my nails look like glass. The following picture has been taken in dappled light and shows a much wider range of the colours making up this polish.
Now that I've teased you all with this enigma of a polish, most of you will have guessed its an Enchanted Polish, it is in fact a two year old Enchanted Polish called Ice Castle. On to my mani then, this was three coats of this topper used by itself so it is very sheer but at the same time very sparkly and holographic polish without a topcoat.

I'm Back!
Well that was a long hiatus, I've suffered a serious ankle injury and as we speak I still don't know if it is going to result in surgery. Anyway moving on, here is my new favourite colour OPI It's A Girl! the most adorable sheer baby pink.
My previous Valentine's Day mani's have been more in your face so to speak, this year I must have finally softened in my old age and have adopted a somewhat softer mani. But I did add bling so all is not lost!
On to my mani then three coats of OPI It's A Girl! as it is quite sheer. My ring finger stamped with diamond ring using Enchanted Polish Dime Piece a holographic silver and my thumb stamped with blue birds using Enchanted Polish Future Reflections a predominately blue multichromatic holographic polish. Both images are on MoYou London Bridal Collection 05. I then added probably a few too many swarovski crystals!
